We help schools and education settings cover staff absences with vetted, reliable educators — from emergency cover called in before 8:15am to planned daily and short-term assignments.
Who we are
EduTalent Connect is a specialist education staffing business serving Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire and Sussex. Schools come to us when they need cover and we find suitable, fully checked staff — teachers, teaching assistants, cover supervisors, SEND support, early years practitioners, school administrators and exam invigilators.
Our Supply Network keeps registered educators in consideration for ongoing emergency, daily and short-term assignments across the region. When a school needs cover, our team reviews the network, checks availability and suitability, and confirms every booking personally with the school before an assignment is agreed.
We are built around the realities of the school day: a call from 6:00am for cover by 8:15am, clear communication, and staff who have been properly vetted before they set foot in a classroom.

Our History
Founded
2024
EduTalent Connect was founded to give schools and education settings a reliable source of vetted supply staff, and to give educators an honest, well-run agency to work with. Our founders brought together experience in education and recruitment to build a business that understands the school day.
Growth
2025
We expanded our reach across Hampshire, Sussex and Dorset, building relationships with partner schools and growing our network of vetted educators. Same-day cover became the standard schools could rely on.
Today
2026
We now run county-by-county Supply Network pages across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, West Sussex and East Sussex, with the same promise at the centre: vetted staff, confirmed personally with each school, before every placement.
