EduTalent Connect are hiring for Cover Supervisors. If you are looking to start a teaching career and gain experience working in a classroom, this role is for you. As a Cover Supervisor you will be supporting pupils in either a primary or a secondary school. You will be supervising & helping pupils in the classroom when their normal teacher is absent, guiding pupils through the work that has been set. Establishing trust with pupils, interacting with them according to individual needs. Assisting pupils with tasks as needed. Creating a safe, positive, supportive classroom environment. Promoting good behavior, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents in line with established policies, encouraging pupils to take responsibility for their behavior. Collecting completed work and returning it to the teacher.
