Register for exam-invigilation assignments with schools and colleges across Dorset, including schools and colleges in Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and surrounding areas of Dorset.
Exam invigilators play an important role during exam seasons, ensuring every session runs fairly, calmly and in line with JCQ regulations. Work typically peaks during the summer exam season, with additional sessions in the winter and spring.
The role suits people who can follow precise instructions and remain vigilant throughout a session. Previous invigilation experience is useful but not essential — schools value reliability and attention to detail above all.
Reliability, attention to detail and the ability to follow formal examination procedures. Assignment-specific training may be required.
Every candidate is interviewed, identity-checked and reference-checked before joining. Where required for the role, we also support you through the relevant vetting and safeguarding checks, and we work with schools to make sure their expectations are clear from the start.
