Schools need dependable administration staff to cover reception, attendance, enquiries and general office support, particularly during absence and busy periods. This is an important front-of-school role that keeps the school day running.
If you have experience in administration, customer service or school offices and you're organised and calm under pressure, you could be an excellent fit. You can let us know the types of work you enjoy, from reception cover to office-based administration.
Strong administration and IT skills, clear communication and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Every candidate is interviewed, identity-checked and reference-checked before joining. Where required for the role, we also support you through the relevant vetting and safeguarding checks, and we work with schools to make sure their expectations are clear from the start.
