Each candidate undergoes an extensive vetting process to ensure we deliver the most honest and dedicated professionals for your school and students.

All successful candidates will be subject to Disclosure and Barring Service checks along with other relevant checks such as;

Each of our Clients benefit from their own personal Account Manager, ensuring you are being looked after by a consultant that knows your school or care home inside and out and to ensure they are working towards your goals.

Each teachers undergoes an extensive vetting process to ensure we deliver the most honest and dedicated professionals for your school or care home. Checks include one-to-one interviews, employment checks, education verification and suitability assessments. All candidates will undergo enhanced DBS checks which are registered on the update service. Our team checks on the update service everyday day before we send them to your school. We also put our candidates through regular training including safeguarding and health & safety to keep our teachers up to date with all the necessary and beneficial training courses available.
